TO THE SAINTS SCATTERED ABROAD.
Beloved Brethren:
We address a few lines to the church of Jesus Christ, who have obeyed from the heart, that form of doctrine which has been delivered to them by the servants of the Lord, and who are desirous to go forward in the ways of truth and righteousness, [p. 177]
