Hancock County— State of Illinois do hereby obligate myself my heirs, executors, administrators and assigns to make and execute a good and sufficient warantee deed to William Ford his heirs executors adminstrators or assigns for all those two lots of land— known on the map of Said Town of Nauvoo

This bond to be in full force and virtue provided the above mentioned payments be well and duly made at the periods of time above specified, Otherwise to be null and void.
