    The hour for meeting having arrived Pres—  S[idney] Rigdon arose and made some observ ations, relative to the business before  the meeting, then proceeded to open  by prayer. The following are some of  the names and ordination blessings of the  Seventy who were called and to be sent forth. [p. 164]
