Clerk of church conference held at Jackson Co., 26 Sept. 1833. Moved near Fishing River, Clay Co., Missouri, 1833. Member of Clay Co. high council, 1834. Appointed to serve mission to Kirtland, Geauga Co., Ohio, 1834. Moved to what became Caldwell Co., Missouri, ca. 1836; to Daviess Co., Missouri; to Clinton Co., Missouri, 1838; and to Montrose, Lee Co., Iowa Territory, Mar. 1839. Excommunicated, 1841.
