Be it remembered that on this 13th day March eighteen hundred and thirty nine personally came before the undersigned of the Circuit Court of — Asa D. Brashear and makes oath that the defendants Joseph Smith Jr , and are justly endebted to the plaintiff after allowing all just credits and sett off, in the sum of Seven hundred and thirty dollars and interest thereon at six per centum per annum from the 23rd day of May 1836. And the said Asa D. Brashear further makes oath and says that and are not residents of nor residing in this and that there is good reason to believe and that he verily does believe that Joseph Smith Jr and are about fraudulently to remove— cunvey or dispose of his property or effects so as to hinder or delay his creditors
