plaintiff in the above case having been first duly sworn doth depos and say on oath that he is plaintiff in the above cause and that he fears that he will not recieve a fair trial of said case, in the Circut Court in which the said case is now pending, for the reason that the inhabitants of said are prejudiced against the that he cannot Expect a fair trial of said cause in the said circuit court of , he therefore prays of this Honorable Court, a change of venue in said case as is by law in such cases made and provided.
