Administrator of the Estate of Joseph Smith decd Petition for the sale of Real Estate
being first duly Sworn deposeth and says that he is well acquainted with the amount of the Personal property of Joseph Smith decd and that the same is insufficient to pay the legal debts against said Estate
And this further says that all the Real Estate of said Smith decd with which he died lawfully seased [seized] will not bring more than one thousand dollars
And this further States that he believes that after said Real Estate of said Smith decd is sold and the proceeds applied to the payments of his debts that the said Estate will then be found to be insolvent and this further state that if all the personal property and Real property of said Smith was applied to the payment of his debts that they would not pay the first, second and third class of debts
