This is to Certify that I for and in Consideration of 2 waggons 2 harnesses four horses one house and lot in known as the lot, one hundred acres of land in , and one three hundred Dollars in Cash, do Seell [sell] unto of Lee County Iowa Territory all <​my​> right title Claim or intrest to the following Described pieces of Land of land lying Vis the North West qr of Section 19, the in Township 66 Range 4. also the N. E. qr of Sec 24 and <​same​> the South half of of South West qr of <​Same​> and S. E. qr of Sec 23 in Township 66 Range 5 together with 2 flats 150 Dollors Grocries and all the Wood on sd place ten acres of Corn on Saml Brierlys farm to Deliver to Sd Brierly one third of sd Corn in the field three thousand rails and all the Crops on Sd premises also the ferry right and all the appurtainaces thereunto Belonging
