sers thereof at the average price and value thereof respectively as aforesaid, to wit sixty— dollars per Lot to said proprietors, and such additional price as the same may respectively sell for to be paid to said Smith, said deeds to be made and delivered on demand upon the payment of the purchase money as aforesaid— and it is further agreed by and between the parties hereto that upon the payment of any said sum of sixty dollars for each or any number of Lots at said price by said Joseph Smith or any other person he may designate said Proprietors agree to convey said Lots to such purchasers, provided said Lots at said price shall average in price and value, the just relative value which the same may bear to the Land platted as aforesaid— the meaning and intent of the parties hereto being this, that upon said Smith paying or causing to be paid said price to said proprietors for any average number of said Lots, deeds are thereupon to be made for the same upon demand— And it is further agreed by & between the parties hereto, that at any time upon the sale & payment of three fourths of the Lots now platted as aforesaid said proprietors agree to plat and offer for sale the remainder of said sections not included in the plat aforesaid, at the price [p.
