In Consideration of Two hundred and twenty dollars to me to be paid as follows viz: Thirty dollars on demand— Ninetyfive dollars with interest on the first day of November Eighteen hundred and forty— and Ninetyfive dollars with interest on the first day of November Eighteen hundred and fortyfour.——
I of — Hancock County— State of Illinois do hereby bind myself— my heirs— executors— administrators and assigns to that make and execute a good and sufficient warrantee deed to [blank] his heirs executors, administrators or assigns for all that lot of land known on the map of said Town of as Lot No two in Block No one hundred and fortysix.——
And for the performance of this obligation I hereby bind myself— my heirs— executors— administrators and assigns in the penal sum of Four hundred and forty dollars.
This bond to be in full force and virtue provided the above named payments be well and duly made at the periods of time above specified, Otherwise to be null and void.——
