In Consideration of Two hundred and fifty dollars to me to be paid as follows viz Thirty dollars on demand— One hundred and ten dollars with interest on the first day of November, Eighteen hundred and forty— And one hundred and ten dollars with interest on the first day of November Eighteen hundred and fortyfour I of Hancock County— State of Illinois do hereby obligate myself— my heirs— executors— administrators and assigns to make and execute a good and sufficient warrantee deed to [blank] his heirs— executors— administrators or assigns for all that lot of land known on the map of said Town of as Lot No three in Block No One hundred and fortyeight.——
And for the performance of this obligation I hereby bind myself— my heirs executors— administrators and assigns in the penal sum of Five hundred dollars.
This bond to be in full force and virtue provided the abovementioned payments be well and duly paid at the periods of time above specified— Otherwise to be null and void.——
