Know all men by these presents that <I> of the County of and State of am held and firmly bound unto Joseph Smith, sole Trustee in Trust for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints of the and aforesaid in the penal sum of three hundred and sixty dollars for the payment of which well and truly to be made I hereby bind myself my heirs executors admininstrators and assign firmly by these presents.
The condition of this obligation is such that whereas the said hath this day sold unto the said Joseph Smith as sole Trust[ee] in Trust &c a certain lot or peice of land situate in the County of and State of and known as the South East quarter of Lot number one in Block No six of addition to and received in payment for said Lot the sum of one hundred and eighty dollars the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged. Now the said Joseph Smith having paid the said sum of one hundred and eighty dollars I the said hereby bind myself my heirs executors administrators and assigns to make or cause to be made to the said Joseph Smith his successors in office or assigns a good and sufficient deed of general Warrantee whenever I obtain a deed of the same of , then this bond shall cease and be void otherwise to remain in full force and virtue.
