It being in the Town Plot of being on main Street which runs North and South through the Town of North of the House built by Murr[a]y Seaman, East of the residence of Widdow Jane Judd, West of Block fifty two in the Town of and would be Lot No two in Block No fifty three, conditioned that it had been regularly plotted with said Town of & contains one hundred and thirty two rods, more or less. and received in payment for Said lot Five notes of hand bearing even date herewith for the sum of Six hundred dollars and payable as follows
