In Consideration of Two hundred and fiftyfive dollars to me to be paid as follows viz: Thirty dollars on demand— One hundred and thirteen dollars with interest on the first day of November Eighteen hundred and forty— and one hundred and twelve dollars with interest on the first day of November Eighteen hundred and fortyfour

I of Hancock County— State of Illinois do hereby obligate myself my heirs, executors, administrators and assigns to make and execute a good and sufficient warantee deed to William Ford his heirs executors adminstrators or assigns for all those two lots of land— known on the map of Said Town of as Lots No two and No three in Block one hundred and sixty.——

And for the performance of this obligation I hereby bind myself my heirs executors, adminstrators and assigns in the penal sum of Five hundred and ten dollars.

This bond to be in full force and virtue provided the above mentioned payments be well and duly made at the periods of time above specified, Otherwise to be null and void.
