This Indenture made and entered into this Eleventh day of July one thousand eight hundred and Forty Two Between and Sarah [Phinney Foster] his wife of the County of and State of of the one part and Joseph Hartshorn of and aforesaid of the other part Witnessesth that the said and Sarah his wife for and in consideration of the sum of Two hundred and fifty Dollars to them in hand paid the receipt whereof is hereby ackowledged Hath bargained sold coveyed and confirmed and by these presents Doth bargain sell convey and confirm unto the said Joseph Hartshorn his heirs and assigns all that Tract or parcel of Land situate and lying in the County of in the State of viz commencing one hundred and Thirty five feet <Three Inches> from the South East corner of Lot No Four (4) <block nineteen> running North fifty feet along Page Street to an alley thence seventy five feet three inches West, thence South fifty feet thence East seventy five feet three inches to the place of beginning be the same more or less In Wells addition to ——
with all and singular the appurtenances thereunto belonging or in any wise appertaining To have and to hold the above described premises unto the said Joseph Hartshorn his heirs and assigns forever.
