Know all men That I Ethan Kimball of and State of in consideration of one hundred Dollars in hand paid by of and State of , have bargaind and sold and do hereby grant, bargain, sell and convey unto the said and to his heirs and assigns forever the following premises to wit— being Lot No ten in Block No three of Kimballs addition to more fully described by reference to the recorders office at and State of To have and to hold said premises with the appertinances, unto the said and to his heirs and asigns, forever, and the said Ethan Kimball, for himself and his heirs do hereby covenant with said and his heirs and assigns, that he is lawfully seized of the premises aforesaid; and that the premises are free and clear from all incumberance whatever and he will forever warrant and defend the same with the appertinances unto the said and to his heirs and assigns against the lawful claims of all persons whomsoever.
