Know all men by these presents— that I of the County of and state of , have this day for and in consideration of the sum of ten dollars in hand paid by of and aforesaid bargained and sold unto the said a certain lot or piece of land lying and situated in Kimball’s addition to in said and first above mentioned as will more fully appear by refferance to the plat of said addition being part of lot No 72 in block No two in said addition to To Wit begining on the West line of said block No two twelve rods south of the center of young street— thence south four rods— thence East ten rods— then North four rods— then West to the place of beginning, be the same more or less— To have and to hold the above described lot or piece of land with all and singular the appurtenances there unto belonging to him the said his heirs and assigns for ever and the said Mary ann Bullard for her self her heirs and assigns administrators and executors do warrand and defend forever the title of the lot or piece of land against every person or persons Claiming by, through, or under her in any manner— or any other person what ever, In testimony where of I have hereunto set my name and affixed my seal this 7th. day of February in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and forty three.
