The People of the State of : To the , or any Constable of said ,—Greeting:
We Command you to cite administratrix on the Estate of Joseph Smith deceased. if to be found in your , personally to be and appear before the Probate Court of said county of at the Court House, in on the 11th. day of September AD 1844 at 12 O.Clock M. and shew cause if any she has why she should not give and & other and sufficient security as administratrix on said estate. And have you then and there this writ, and make return thereon, in what manner you execute the same.
