to them paid, doth hereby grant, bargain and sell, and convey unto the party of the second part, his heirs and assigns forever, the following described tracts or parcels of Land, to wit; the South west fractional Quarter of section no. Two, in Township Six North, of Range nine West, Excepting Ten acres of the North End of said fraction, containing forty seven 17/100 acres Also the South west fractional Quarter of section nineteen in Township six North of Range Eight West, And also the North West fractional Quarter of section Ten in Township Seven North of Range Eight West, of the fourth principal meridian, in the county and state aforesaid. Together with all and singular the appurtenances thereunto belonging: To Have and To Hold the same, unto the said party of the second part, his heirs and assigns forever. And the said & Elizabeth his wife Parties of the first part, doth covenant to warrant and forever defend the title to the said premises against the claim of all and every person whatever. In testimony whereof, the said parties of the first part, hereunto sign their names and affix their seals the date first above written.
