ship Sixty Six, North, Range four West, containing Ninety seven acres and Seventy Eight hundreths, be the same more or less, also the North half of section Twenty Seven, in Township Sixty Six North of Range Five West containing 320 Acres To have and To hold the aforesaid premises, together with all and singular the improve ments, rights, privileges, and appurtenances thereunto belonging or in any wise appertaining unto the said party of the second part, and to his heirs and assigns forever, free from the claim or claims of themselves, their heirs, or assigns and from the claims of any and every other person or persons claiming the same by, through, or under them or either of them. And the said parties of the first part for themselves, their heirs, executors and Administrators, covenant with the said party of the second party, his heirs and assigns, that they are lawfully seized of the above described premises, that they have good right, full power, and lawful authority, to sell and convey the same and that the above described premises are clear and free of all encumbrances. And that they will Warrant and forever defend the title thereto, and hereby conveyed against the lawful claim or claims of all and every person or persons claiming the same whomsoever.

I Justice of the peace within and for said do hereby certify that on this day & Elizabeth his wife whose names appear to the foregoing deed appeared before me and who acknowledged the signing sealing and delivery thereof to be free act and deed for the use and purposes therein expressed being personally known to me to be the identical persons whose names are subscribed to the same and the said and Elizabeth his wife being by me examined seperate and apart from her and the said deed being explained and the contents made known to her declared that She had executed the same freely and voluntarily and without compulsion of her said and relinquish all her right of dower and to the premises conveyed. Given under my hand and Seal this 28th day of June A. D. 1839.
