assigns forever, Those certain pieces or parcels of land Situate lying and being, in the County of , and , and described as follows to wit, Being the north half and the South East quarter, of Sect. Nine, The South East quarter of Sect: Eleven North half and the South West quarter of Sect: Fifteen The South half and the East half of the North West quarter, of Sect: Seventeen Sections Eighteen— Nineteen and Twenty <Sect> Twenty Six— Twenty three— twenty nine— and the South West quarter of Sect: Twenty Eight The North half of Sect: Twenty four, and the South East quarter of Sect: Twenty four, The North half of Sect: Thirty— The East half of Sect: Thirty Two— The North West quarter, of Sect. Thirty three, in Township Sixty Six North, Range Five West, Containing in all 7371 39/100 Acres, To have and To hold the aforesaid premises together with all and singular the improvements, rights, privileges, and appurtenances thereunto belonging or in any wise appertaining unto the said party of the second part, and to his heirs and assigns forever, free from the claim or claims of themselves— their heirs or assigns and from the claims of any and every other person or persons claiming the same, by, through, or under them or either of them and the said parties of the first part, for themselves— their heirs— executors and administrators, covenant with the said party of the second part, his heirs and assigns, that they are lawfully seized, of the above described premises, that they have good right, full power and lawful authority, to sell and convey the same and that the above described premises, are clear and free of all encumbrances, and that they will warrant and forever defend the Title thereto, and hereby conveyed, against the lawful claim or claims of all and every person, or persons claiming the same whomsoever.
