Personally appeared who acknowledged that he did sign and seal the foregoing instrument and that the same is his free act and deed. I further certify that I did examine the said separate and apart from her said and did then and there make known to her the contents of the foregoing instrument and upon that examination She declared that she did Voluntarily sign seal and acknowledge the same and that she was still satisfied therewith— March 29th.
