at the north west corner of said Lot thence Easterly along the North line of said Lot one Hundred rods thence southerly at right angles with said line Sixteen rods thence westerly by a line parallel with said north line one hundred rods to the west line of said Lot Twenty six Thence northerly along said west line Sixteen rods to the place of beginning containing ten acres of Land. With the appurtenances and all the estate title and interest therein of the said party of the first part And the said parties of the first part for themselves their heirs executors and administrators doth hereby covenant and agree to and with the parties of the second part their heirs and assigns that the premises above conveyed in the quiet and peaceable possession of the said parties of the second part their heirs and assigns they will forever Warrant and defend against every person whomsoever lawfully claiming the same in any part thereof. In witness whereof the party of the first part hath hereunto set their hands and seals the day and year first above written.

I hereby certify that on the 23d day of February 1841 at in the County aforesaid personally appeared with whom I am well acquainted personally and who having been duly sworn by and before me then and there testified that he was and is a subscribing witness to the following Deed of Indenture which he as such subscribed at the time the same was executed as hereinafter stated that his place of residence is in the Township of in said County of Lake that on the day of the date of said Indenture he knew and the grantees described in said Deed and that he the said on said day at said saw the said and sign and seal said Deed of Indenture and deliever the same to as agent for the said grantees and heard them declair that they executed said Deed of Indenture as and for their free and voluntary act and Deed for the uses and purposes therein mentioned and being satisfied with the proof of the execution of said Deed of Indenture I allow the same to be recorded.
