Witnesseth that I the Said Joseph Smith Sole Trustee for Said church for and in consideration of the Sum of Two hundred Dollars to me in hand paid the Receipt Whereof is hereby acknowledged Doth hereby Grant, bargain Sell, convey and confirm unto Cleon Elmer of the Second part his heirs and assigns foreve[r] all that tract or parcel of Land Situate and being in the County of the State of namely The East half of Lot no— one in Block no. twenty two and Lot four in Block no twenty two (which lots are Joined together) in the Town of , formerly called and aforesaid.
