This Indenture made and enterd into, this twenty eight day of April in the year of our Lord, One thousand Eight hundred and forty three between Joseph Smith as Sole Trustee in Trust, for the church of Jesus Christ of Latter day Saints of the County of and State of of the first part, and Cyrus B Chase of the County of Mason and aforesaid of the Second part witnesseth, that the Said Joseph Smith party of the first part, for and in consideration of the Sum of fifteen dollars, to him in hand paid, the Receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, do hereby grant, bargain, Sell, convey and confirm unto the said Cyrus B Chase party of the Second part his heirs and assigns forever, all that tract or parcel of land, Situate and being in the County of in the State of known and described as follows to wit a part of Lot number two, in Block number one hundred and twenty five of the City of , commencing at the North East, corner of Said Lot, and Running thence South forty five feet, and four inches Thence west Eight feet, Thence north forty five feet and four inches thence East, Eight feet to the place of beginning.
