This Indenture made <and entered into> this Twenty fourth day of August in the year of our Lord One thousand Eight hundred and forty three between Joseph Smith as sole Trustee in Trust for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day saints of the County of and state of of the first part and of the County of and aforesaid of the of <second> part Witnesseth that the said Joseph Smith as sole Trustee party of the first part for and in consideration of the Sum of Three hundred Dollars to him in hand paid the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged do hereby grant bargain sell Convey and confirm unto the said party of the second part his heirs and assigns forevr all that tract or parcel of land situate and being in the C[o]unty of in the state of Known and described as follows to wit The North half of Lot Number one in Block Number one hundred and forty six of the City of . togeth[er] [p. 95]
