This Indenture made & entered into this the twenty Seventh day of April in the Year of our Lord one thousand & eight Hundred & forty fore between Joseph Smith Sole Trustee in trust for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints of the county of & State of of the first part & of <​(the & afore Said)​> Second part. Witnesseth that the Said Joseph Smith party of the first fore & in consideration of the some of fifty dollars to him in hand paid the recipt whereof is hereby acknowledged do hereby grant Bargain Sell convey & confirm unto the Said party of the Second part his heirs & asigns forever all that tract & parcell of Land Situated & being in the town of Macedonia & in the county of in the State of known & described as follows to wit Lot No four in Block thirteen in the Town of Macedonia in & above written Together with all & Singular the apertanances thereunto belonging or in any wise apertaining
