I, a Justice of the Peace, in and for the City of , in said county, do certify that Joseph Smith, whose signature appears to the foregoing deed, and who is personally known to me to be the person described in, and who executed the same, did acknowledge that he had executed the said conveyance for the uses and purposes therein mentioned.
