This Indenture made and entered into, this ninth day of August, in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and forty three between Joseph Smith, as sole Trustee in Trust, for the , of the county of , and the State of of the first part, and of the county of and aforesaid of the second part, Witnesseth, that the said Joseph Smith, party of the first part, for and in consideration of the sum of one hundred and fifty dollars, to him in hand paid, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, do hereby grant, bargain, sell, convey, and confirm unto the said party of the second part, her heirs and assigns forever, all that tract or parcel of land, situate and being in the county of in the State of known and described as follows, to wit: it being a part of Lot number two in Block number one hundred and eight of the City of , commencing fifty feet south of the North West corner of said Lot and running thence south forty nine feet nine inches, thence East one hundred and fifteen feet three inches, thence North ninety nine feet nine inches, thence West sixty five feet three inches, thence south fifty feet, thence West fifty feet to the place of beginning being a quarter of sd lot, together with all and singular the appurtenances thereunto belonging, or in any wise appertaining. To have and to hold the above described premises unto the said party of the second part, her heirs and assigns forever.
