This day Came the by his solicitor and the said Eunice Rhodes and Orrin Rhodes [blank] adult defendants herein having failed to appear and plead, answer or to the s bill filed herein as by a rule of court entered herein heretofore they were required to do, it is Ordered that the said s bill and the matters and things therein contained be taken for Confessed against them.—
And now on this day Came the infant Defendants herein by their Guardian ad litem and filed their answer herein in pursuance of a rule of court entered herein heretofore. [p. 422]
