This day came Sheriff of , and returned into Court a , issued on the 29h. day of August last, to administratrix on the Estate of Joseph Smith deceased, commanding her to appear before this Court on this day and shew caus why she should not give other and sufficient security as administratrix on said estate, on which is the following endorsement which is ordered to be entered of records. to wit, I have served the within Citation on as required by law. Shff of Ills.
And the said having failed to appear, it is ordered by the Court, that the said enter into a new bond on the penal sum of Six thousand dollars, with securicties to be approved by the Court, within five days from this day. [p. 354]
