Whereas, on the eleventh day of September AD 1844 it was ordered by this Court that administratrix on the Estate of Joseph Smith deceased, enter into a new bond in the penal sum of six thousand dollars within five days from the said eleventh day of September, and the said having failed to comply with said order, and having refused to act as said administratrix
It is therefore ordered that the Letters of Administration heretofore granted to the said on the estate of Joseph Smith deceased be and are hereby revoked and henceforth to be concidered as naught. [p. 354]
