This day came the by his solicitor and on his motion John W Marsh was appointed Guardian ad litem for the minor heirs herein to wit Alonzo Rhodes, Alvin Rhodes, William W Rhodes, Robert B Rhodes, and Helen Rhodes and thereupon came the said John W Marsh in open court and accepted said appointment and on motion of s solicitor it is ordered that the said minors appear by their Guardian ad litem aforesaid and plead answer or to the said s bill filed herein by the 19th instant or the same will be taken for confessed against them.
