This day Came the parties by their attornies and the court after hearing the arguments of counsel upon the s motion entered herin heretofore for an arrest of Judgment herin and for a new trial and being fully advised in the premises doth order that said motions be overruled. and it is further ordered that the said have and recover of the said the sum of Seventy five Dollars the sum So found by the Jury aforesaid Together with his Costs by him in this behalf expended as well in the Court below as in this court and may have therefore [p.
