This day again Came the parties by their attornies and the jury empannelled herein on yesterday and Returned into Court the following verdict to wit “We the jury find for the Seventy five Dollars.[”]
Whereupon the by his entered his motion for an arrest of Judgment herein
Whereupon on motion of the s attorney it is adjudged that the witnesses summoned and examined on the part of the in this Case are deemed necessary to the prosecution of this suit and that the tax their fees accordingly [p. 114]
