Witnesseth: that the Said , for and in consideration of the Sum of one hundred Dollars in hand paid the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, hath, granted, bargained & sold, and by these presents doth grant bargain Sell alien and confirm unto the said Joseph Smith, his heirs and assigns forever, all that tract or parcel of Land situate in the county of and state of it being the N E Qr of the S E Qr of Section 6, 5 N. 8 W.
