Justice of the Peace within and for said , personally came & Anna Abbott the above named grantors and acknowledge the signing and sealing of the above Deed to be their voluntary act for the use and purposes therein expressed. And the said Anna Abbott being examined by me separate and apart from her said , and the contents of the said Deed being fully made known to her upon such separate examination declared, that she did voluntarily sign, seal and acknowledge the same, and that she was still satisfied therewith. In Testimony whereof, I have hereunto set my hand and placed my seal, this fifteenth day of April in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and forty three.

Know all men by these presents, that Ethan Kimball of the County of and State of , has this day for and in consideration of the sum of Fifty dollars in hand paid by of the County of and State of , Granted bargained and sold unto the said a certain lot or peice of land lying and situated in s addition to in said county and state last mentioned, as will more fully appear by refference to the plat of said addition, being lot No. Fifty in block No. Four in said addition to the Town of . To have and to hold the above described lot or piece of land with all and singular the appurtenances thereunto belonging to him the said his heirs and assigns forever. And the said Ethan Kimball for himself his heirs and assigns administrators and executors do warrant and forever defend the title of the lot or piece of land against every person or persons claiming by, through, or under him in any manner, or any other persons whatever. In testimony whereof he has hereunto set his name and affixed his seal this nineteenth day of March in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and forty three
