Know all men by these presents that Rebecca White of the county of and state of , has this day for and in consideration of the sum of fifty dollars, in hand paid, by Levi Loveland of the and aforesaid, bargained and sold unto the said Levi Loveland a certain lot or piece of land lying and situated in s addition to in said and , as will more fully appear by reference to the plat of said addition lying in the North West corner of Lot (55) in Block (2) in said addition to , lying on the west side of Warsaw street, beginning at the North East corner by land of Fullmer, running next to land of Horne, thence south to the land of Thoyer, 108 feet thence East by land of Thoyer to the centre of said street, 109 feet thence North, 108 feet to the corner first mentioned.
To have and to hold the above described Lot or piece of land, with all and singular the appurtenances thereunto belonging to him the said Levi Loveland his heirs and assigns for ever. And the said Rebecca White for herself her heirs and assigns, administrators and executors do warrant and forever defend the title of the Lot or piece of land against every person of persons claiming, by, through or under her in any manner, or any other person whatever.
In testimony whereof she has hereunto set her hand & affixed her seal this 20th. day of November in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and forty three.
