This Indenture made and entered into this twentieth day of May in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and forty four between and Rachel his wife of the county of and state of of the one part and Sarah Sheffield of the of and aforesaid of the other part, Witnesseth that the said and Rachel his wife for and in consideration of the sum of sixty dollars to them in hand paid the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, do hereby grant bargain sell convey and confirm unto the said Sarah Sheffield her heirs and assigns forever all that tract or parcel of land situated in Worthington addition to the city of in said and above mentioned, as will more fully appear by reference to the plat of said addition— being a part of lot one in Block Six in said addition to the city of , bounded as follows, commencing at the southeast corner of said lot running along Warsaw street fifty feet north thence west seventy five feet west, thence fifty feet south thence seventy five feet east to the place of beginning, together with all and singular the appurtenances thereunto belonging or in any wise appeartaining, To Have and to Hold the above described premises unto the said Sarah Sheffield her heirs and assigns forever.
