Know all men by these presents that I of the County of and state of have this day for and in consideration of the sum of ten dollars in hand paid by of the and aforesaid bargained and sold unto the said a certain lot or piece of land lying and situated in s addition to in said and last mentioned as will more fully appear by reference to the platt of said addition being part of Lot No 72 in Block No two in said addition to the Town of to wit: beginning on the west line of said block No two eight rods south of the centre of young street, thence south four rods, thence east ten rods, thence north four rods, thence west to the place of beginning be the same more or less: To have and to hold the above described lot or piece of land with all and the appurtenances thereunto belonging, to him the said his heirs and assigns forever: And the said for herself her heirs and assigns, administrators and executors, do warrant and forever defend the title of the Lot or piece of land against every person or persons claiming through or under her in any manner, or any other person whatever. In testimony whereof I have hereunto set my name and affixed my seal this 7th day of February in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and forty three
