THIS INDENTURE MADE AND ENTERED INTO, This [blank] day of [blank] in the year of onr Lord, one thousand eight hundred and forty-[blank] between Joseph Smith, as sole Trustee in Trust, for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, of the county of , and State of of the FIRST part, and [blank] [blank] of the county of [blank] and state aforesaid, of the SECOND part, Witnesseth, that the said Joseph Smith, party of the FIRST part, for and in consideration of the sum of [blank] dollars, to him in hand paid, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, do hereby grant, bargain, sell, convey, and confirm unto the said [blank] party of the SECOND part, his heirs and assigns forever, all that tract or parcel of land, situate and being in the county of [blank] in the [blank] known and described as follows, to wit: [1/4 page blank]
together with all and singular the appurtenances thereunto belonging, or in any wise appertaining.
