East one hundred feet, thence North Twenty five feet Thence West one hundred feet to the place of beginning. Together with all and singular the appurtenances thereunto belonging, or in any wise appertaining. To have and to hold the above described premises unto the said her heirs and assigns forever. And the said and Phebe his wife, their heirs and assigns, the aforesaid premises, unto the said her heirs and assigns, against the claim or claims of all and every person whomsoever do and will warrant and forever by these presents defend. In testimony whereof the said and Phebe his wife of the first part, have hereunto set their hands and seals, the day and year above written. L. S. Phebe Rodaback L. S. This Indenture made this first day of November in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and forty three, between & Betsey [Green] his wife of the County of and State of of the one part and of the & aforesaid of the other part, Witnesseth that the said for and in consideration of the sum of one hundred ($100 dollars to him paid by the said the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged hath granted bargained and sold, and by these presents doth grant, bargain, sell, alien, and confirm unto the said and to his heirs and assigns forever, all that tract or parcel of land situate in the County of & aforesaid being the South half of the West half of Lots Two (2) and Three (3) of Block No four (4) of s addition to . To have and to hold the premises aforesaid with all the priviliges and appurtenances thereunto belonging or in any wise appertaining unto him the said and his heirs and assigns forever.
