to wit, commencing twenty eight feet, West of the South East corner of fractional Lot number four in Block number one hundred and fifty nine of the City of running thence North five and a half rods, thence West twenty five feet, thence South Five and a half rods, thence East twenty five feet to the place of beginning, together with all and singular the appurtenances thereunto belonging, or in any wise appertaining. To have and to hold the above des-cribed premises unto the said Joseph Smith party of the second part, his successors in office and assigns, forever. And the said and Lucy Ann his wife, party of the first part, their heirs and assigns the aforesaid premises unto the said Joseph Smith, as Sole Trustee in Trust, &c. party of the second part, his successors in office and assigns, against the claim or claims of all and every person whomsoever, do and will warrant and forever defend by these presents. In testimony whereof, the said , and Lucy Ann his wife, party of the first part, have hereunto set their hands and seals, the day and year above written. L. S. Lucy Ann Allred. L. S. And the said Lucy Ann Allred having been by me made acquainted with the contents of the said Deed, and examined separate and apart from her said , acknowledged that she had executed the same, and relinquished her dower to the premises therein conveyed, voluntarily, freely, and without compulsion of her said .
