county of and State of , to wit; the North half, of lot two in Block seven, twelve rods long east and west and five and one half rods wide, in s addition to . To have and to hold the aforesaid described lot of land with all and singular the appurtenances, improvements and privileges thereunto belonging, to the only proper use and benifit of the said Wilber J. Earl his heirs and assigns forever. And the said and Malinda Barnett his wife for themselves and their heirs do by these presents covenant to and with the said Wilber J. Earl that they will forever warrant and defend the title of the above lot or parcel of land to be free from the claim or claims of themselves and their heirs and all other persons claiming by, through, or under them, and also from the claims of all and every other person or persons whomsoever.
In testimony whereof the said and Malinda Barnett his wife have hereunto subscribed their names, and affixed seals the day, month and year above written.

I , being an acting Justice of the peace of and for said do hereby certify, that on this day personally appeared before me and Malinda Barnett who are personally known to me to be the identical persons mentioned in and who signed the foregoing deed of conveyance, to be their free, voluntary act for the uses and purposes therein expressed and Malinda Barnett the wife of was by me made acquainted with said deed of conveyance and examined separate and apart from her said and she did acknowledge that she signed the same of her own free will and thereby relinquishes her right of dower to the lands & tenements expressed in the foregoing deed of conveyance without any compulsion or coercion of her said .

Know all men by these presents that & Louisa [Sarah Louisa Taylor] his wife of the County of and State of , has this day for and in consideration of the sum of fifty dollars in hand paid by of the and aforesaid, bargained and sold unto the said a certain lot or piece of land lying and situate in s Addition to in said and above mentioned as will more fully appear by refference to the plot of said addition, being part of lot No fifty in Block No four in said addition to the Town of , commencing at the North West corner and running South thirty rods and seven feet, then East eight rods and fourteen feet, then North twenty-three rods and eight feet, then nearly north west eleven rods and six feet to the place of beginning. To have and to hold the above described lot or piece of land with all and singular the appurtenances thereunto belonging to him the said his heirs and assigns forever. And the said and Louisa his wife for their selves, their heirs and assigns, administrators and executors do warrant and forever defend the title of the lot or piece of land against every person or persons, claiming by, through, or under them in any manner or any other person whatever.
