Biography
Ca. 1772–1831. Son of Nathan Culver and Eunice. Married Esther Peck. Resided at Wardsboro, Windham Co., Vermont, 1800; at Guilford, Windham Co., 1810; and at Colesville, Broome Co., New York, 1830. Baptized into Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints by Oliver Cowdery, 28 June 1830, at Colesville. Sold hundred-acre farm and moved with Colesville branch to Kirtland, Geauga Co., Ohio, May 1831, and to Kaw Township, Jackson Co., Missouri, July 1831. Participated in symbolic log-laying ceremony, 2 Aug. 1831, in Kaw Township. Likely died in Kaw Township.
