10 Mar. 1816–10 Oct. 1842. Born in Jay, Essex Co., New York. Daughter of Samuel Whitney and Susanna Kimball. Baptized into Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints by JS, 31 Oct. 1835. Married Joseph C. Kingsbury, 3 Feb. 1836, in Geauga Co., Ohio. Moved to Missouri, May 1838. Moved to Nauvoo, Hancock Co., Illinois, fall 1841. Joined Female Relief Society of Nauvoo, 14 Apr. 1842. Died in Nauvoo.
