Summary
Located in Cookstown, southwest of New Egypt, New Jersey. Tavern stand and associated mills owned by Charles and James Ivins until at least 1833, when Ivins brothers sold mills. Tavern stand sold to Horace Hotchkiss against debt from Nauvoo-area land purchase, 1841.
