In consideration of Five thousand dollars to me secured by promisory notes, I of the county of and State of , do hereby obligate myself and my heirs to make and execute a good and Sufficient deed of conveyances to for the South East fractional quarter of Section Two in Township no Six North of Range no nine West of 4th Principal meridian; containing about One hundred and thirty acres of land, and being further known as my present farm and place of residence; this bond to be in full force and virtue so soon as the Said ’s notes of this date given for the same are canceled. And for the performance of this obligation, I bind myself and my heirs in the penal sum of Ten thousand dollars— witness my hand and seal this thirtieth day of April 1839
