4 Sec 4 And be it further ordained that if any person shall be found drunk in the streets of he, she, or they shall pay a fine of twenty five dollars to be tried <convicted> before the Mayor for of drunkenness— <in this > he she or they shall be fined twenty dollars.— this fine may be paid in labor upon the public streets <or other public works of this > at the discretion of the Mayor.
