Know all men by these presents that we and and are held and firmly bound unto the Infant Heirs of Decd in the Penal sum of One Thousand dollars for the payment of which well and truly to be made we bind ourselves jointly and severally firmly by these presents—
Sealed with our seals & dated this 1st day of April 1848.
The Condition of this obligation is such, that whereas this said , as guardian of the said Infant heirs or about to sell or such guardian Certain real estate of said Infant heirs by and under decree of the Circuit Court of Illinois, and in said decree described, and whereas by said decree he is required to execute <file> bond with security on said penal sum in the office of the Probate Justice of the Peace for said , Conditioned for the faithful application of the proceeds of said sale to be approved by said Probate Justice of the Peace. Now if the said as such guardian shall faithfully apply and dispose of the proceeds of said sale then, this above obligation to be void otherwise in full force
